The Carpentaria Shire Council is gearing up for the highly anticipated Outback By The Sea Festival scheduled to take place in Normanton and Karumba from September 12 to 15, 2025.

This year's festival includes the Outback By The Sea Film Festival, showcasing Australia's latest short films. Local filmmakers will have the exciting opportunity to present their creations on the big screen during this cinematic addition to the festivities.
