Council Meetings
The Carpentaria Shire Council meets every third Wednesday and Thursday of the month unless otherwise stated. Meetings are generally held in the Council Chambers, Haig Street, Normanton unless otherwise stated.
Council provides access to the current years minutes and minutes back to 2012 on the website. For access to previous minutes, please contact Council on (07) 4745 2200 or email council@carpentaria.qld.gov.au.

- Wednesday, General Meeting of Council
- Thursday, General Meeting of Council (if required)
All Business pertaining to the Agenda is due on the Tuesday, one week before the meeting date.
Council Meetings commence at 9am and are open to the public, unless closed due to a confidential matter as prescribed in legislation.
