REQUEST FOR TENDER  
LILYVALE RURAL RESIDENTIAL ESTATE – PURCHASE OF VACANT LOTS

Carpentaria Shire Council is inviting tenders for the purchase of individual, vacant lots developed as part of the Lilyvale Rural Residential Estate.

Tenders must be lodged with Council in writing by 4.00pm, Wednesday, 8 November 2023.  Tenders may be lodged electronically via Stacey.Quaid@colliers.com, or posted or hand-delivered in hard copy to Council C/- Stacey Quaid, Colliers, located at 35 Lake Street, Cairns Qld 4870.  Responses received after the time specified above may not be considered. 

Council may decide to accept a Tender most advantageous to Council or may decide to accept no Tender.
